But the definition of hope essentially means that you have a belief that your future can be better than your present.

 

Hope gives us vitality and purpose gives us hope. When we have this combination, we have energy and that is the reason having a ‘why’ is so important.

 

Despite this knowledge, it is not uncommon for us to find ourselves feeling down in the dumps.

 

Perhaps today’s episode will change that.

 

Scientists from John’s Hopkins did an amazing study on hope in the 1950’s that involved drowning lab rats in order to learn more about hope. Poor little guys…
