Dave Asprey's new book Fast This Way just came out and I LOVE IT. I've played around with fasting with my diet for about a year now and it's made a massive impact on my life.
In this book, Dave talks about an entirely new concept of fasting called dopamine fasting. Essentially, Dr. Cameron Sepah developed this concept with the understanding that big tech and algorithms have taken over how we experience the world, and ourselves.
