When you think of physical fitness, do you picture what the inside of a gym looks like?
Yesterday, I was mucking the stalls and stacking firewood and my Oura ring told me that I burnt 254 calories in one hour.
To give you some context…
The thing is, we don’t consider all activity as fitness and this is a really unhealthy way of thinking.
