There’s actually a study that was done that proves that happy friends can make you happy. In fact, the study was done over a 20-year span and shows that for every happy friend that you have, you are 9% happier.
The bad news? The flip side is true.
We all know that one friend who calls us and makes us stare at the phone screen with contemplation on whether or not we even want to answer.
This study means more than it might seem on the surface…
In fact, by curating those around us we are essentially taking a magic wand to a great deal of our happiness (or unhappiness).
