Did you know that your bad habits are pickles?


It’s true. According to Adam Alter in his book Irresistible, once we develop bad habits, they turn into pickles that can never be turned back into cucumbers.


This might sound like we have failed but the truth is…


It’s a great thing to know what our pickles are because we can use that as data to control our habits.


Imagine being able to take all of your pickles (bad habits) and put them into a pickle jar that you store away in the very back of your pantry.


Then imagine what would be possible if you reached for the cucumbers instead of the pickles on a regular basis.
